are newly developed special color paste for exhaust pigment-dyeing in
Garment form processing.
EMACOL CT COLORS
have cationic charge and self-dyeing power as well as good affinity to
textiles.
Features;
1. Wide color range like Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Black and White.
2. Wide dyeing
method/style like by Rotary washer, Paddle dyeing Machine and Jet
dyeing machine.

Rationalize the process with;
>> Short cycle. Unlike
conventional pigment dyeing, cat ionizing process is not required.
>> Low temperature.
Required dyeing temperature is 50-70’C
>> Short dyeing time. Required
dyeing time is 30min.
>> Much less damage to the
textiles/garments due to short processing time.

In combination with auxiliaries, EMACOL CT COLORS can be applied not
only 100% cotton
but also Polyester, T/C blends, synthetics, silk
and wool.
5. Various auxiliaries are ready to have the best dyeing result
trouble free.
6. Much less contamination to dyeing machines.
7. Residual
color in
effluent is almost Nil.
